He didn't shoot his lightning bolt on me when I was behind it. Then I just kept shooting him with my arrows over the torch. I had to reload if he summoned that storm atronach because I couldn't kill it before it killed me.
And yes he does turn invincible at times but you can just wait for it to wear off. So when you sit on the throne immediately run behind that torch in your front right and Hevnoraak will be moving behind that coffin in front of you and sometimes he goes behind that torch on your left.
He then might try to shoot you with his Lightning bolt but can't because they will hit the torch thing in front of him. It took a loooong time to kill him with the arrows because he uses that invincibility quite often but if you are patient you can kill him without taking a single hit.
Hevnoraak was actually the first dragon priest I encountered in this game and for a while I thought he was unbeatable. But sometimes you just have to abuse "bugs" in the game if you want to beat high level enemies on lower levels. User Info: DemonGod4. I did used the same gear also I wasn't exactly correct about the level. I actually just fought him last night and didn't have any trouble, but Rahgot gave me problems.
