They villainous team was sent by their leader The Clock King to retrieve the Titans but Ravager would not go down with out a fight. Showing a great display of heart and fighting ability Ravager was able to hold them long enough for Wendy and Marvin to escape the Tower before it blew up.
It was believed that Ravager was dead when the rest of the Titans arrived back at the tower but Robin was able to figure out a way that she could have escaped. Still unsure the Titans went to meet the Clock King and I was shown that Ravager, with a destroyed costume was following behind them in the shadows proving that she still lived. Clock King, while they were fighting, offered her a spot on his team but she abruptly declined his offer.
While there, Rose overheard Cassandra and Tim talking about how they thought Rose was out of control for the most part. Rose took this offensively and left the Teen Titans to join up with the Terror Titans much to the disdain of the other Terror Titans. She also has entered herself in the Darkside Tournament though refuses to kill anyone, suggesting that she isn't all as bad as everyone wants to think.
Thus far, she has proved to be one of the toughest combatants in the Darkside Tournament and in the Terror Titans. Only time will tell if she chooses to continue to walk down this road or not. Rose's powers include limited precognitive abilities which may blossom into much more. She is sometimes able to use her precognitive abilities to 'see' her opponent's next moves, although her visions come and go. Rose is a skilled martial arts expert, with enhanced agility, speed, strength and endurance.
She is also very skilled in the use of a bo staff. In one instance, was able to have an extensive precognitive vision where she saw her father's Deathstroke's future. During this jaunt, Rose was able to project her astral form and inhabit the body of someone in the future similar to her brother Jericho's ability. Recently, in Terror Titans 1, Rose had been given an inhaler by Clock King to trigger her precognitive abilities. Therefore, she can now use them pretty much at will.
In Terror Titans 2, Rose suggested to Clock King that she could see as far as weeks into the future possibly implying that soon her precognitive skills will develop into even more.

The two briefly come to blows, as Rose taunts Caitlin for being a clone.
However, they are interrupted when the other clones break out and begin attacking Caitlin. Deathstroke shows up shortly after and stabs them both with the special blade that Harvest gave him. As it turns out, the blade is a teleporter, sending them and the rest of The Ravagers back to the Colony.
There, Rose is handed over to her father along with Terra, as payment for his job. Rose and Terra end up going with Deathstroke to help put a stop to the Majestic threat created by Team 7. John Lynch refers to them as the keys to making that happen, though Deathstroke is unconvinced. It is revealed, though, that the whole reason he took the contract from Harvest to kill The Ravagers was to get his daughter back, and the plan was set in motion by Lynch himself.
Things are complicated when Lynch reveals the other part of his plan to stop Majestic, however, the rest of Slade's family: Adeline Kane , his wife and Rose's mom, as well as Grant and Joseph Wilson , his sons and Rose's brothers.
They soon learn that Joseph, now calling himself Jericho, is controlling both Grant and Adeline, and plans to control Majestic in order to attain god-like power and get revenge on his father. Though Rose manages to catch Joseph unaware at sword-point, she can't bring herself to kill her brother, forcing John Lynch to take a shot at him.
Majestic intervenes, however, catching the bullet and now under the control of Jericho. Majestic destroys most of the facility, causing rubble to collapse and kill Adeline. Rose, Terra, and Deathstroke attack Majestic, discovering that Rose has the Gen-Activ e ability to dampen a person's physical invulnerability.
When Majestic falls unconscious, Jericho takes control of Terra. Deathstroke knocks her out as well, and so Jericho threatens to kill Grant if they don't stop, by holding a sword to his throat and standing behind him. Though Rose tries to stop him, Deathstroke attacks and kills both of them by shoving the sword through their necks. In the aftermath, Rose disappears and Deathstroke goes into hiding, any chance of the two reconciling gone for good. Rose's origin begins in Cambodia, Where she lived with her mother Lillian.
One day, Slade and a group of allies come to the brothel her mother operated to pull her out. However, on of the soldiers discovered Rose, and she shot him out of fear. Wintergreen calms her down as Slade looks on. Over the years, she decided to follow in Slade's footsteps, study his tactics and training under Nightwing to further hone her skills. Eventually, Rose begins living with her boyfriend Richard , and working two jobs; a day job as a club bouncer, and a side job as a mercenary.
However, her jobs consist of stopping other hitmen from killing their targets. On one such job, Rose, in disguise, stops a small time hitman, buts scares him off instead of killing him. However, a group of thugs driving by attempt to rob her. Several police officers are nearby and draw their weapons causing a standoff.
While everyone is tense, Rose's precognitive abilities reveal the truth; the entire situation is an ambush to kill her. While she begins to fight her way out of the ambush, she notices that her swords were missing.
She finds that Slade took them to test her skills without them. Rose then finishes dispatching her would-be killers and leaves with her father in a police car. While on the move, Rose wants to know why he's here and he explains the bounty on her head. When they reach their destination, the club where Rose works a second job, Slade voices his disapproval of her choice to work as an anti-hitman. Rose then asks what Slade did to get a bounty put out on her, and Wintergreen, already in the club, cracks a joke about.
Overjoyed to see Wintergreen was alive, they embrace, but Slade cuts the reunion short to get down to business. Later, Slade and Rose suit up and track a lead. On a rooftop the building, Rose takes a moment to text her boyfriend. However, Slade had Hosun intercept the messages and shoot back fake replies. Once she's done, Rose takes a moment to tell him that she is not intimate with her boyfriend. Slade, however does not care, and that caring is weakness, and weakness means she isn't ready to tackle any problem she may face.
Rose asks him why he thinks she isn't ready, citing her learning from Nightwing and studying his tactics. He claims that all of that means nothing. He also tells her that partying all the time, working at a club while refusing to be intimate with her boyfriend based on a made-up philosophy prove that she is a stupid, immature teen.
As he jumps in to take down the would be hitman and his crew, he tells his daughter he can't take her seriously because she doesn't believe in anything. Later, he is talking with Rose, and he found a lead he found from the hitman's hideout.
He then gives her a meeting point. After picking her up, the two drive cross-country to Gotham incognito to chase the lead. Along the way, Rose is upset that they have to wear disguises, but he claims that they are needed to avoid Batman. Rose still thinks they are unnecessary, but Slade dismisses her. Rose then gets a call from her boyfriend, but Slade tosses her phone onto the road. She then climbs into the backseat of the car to sulk, while Slade calls her out making a rookie mistake.
When they stop at a motel for the night, Rose call Wintergreen on a new phone to complain about being with Slade. Wintergreen tells her that Slade is a super-villian, but he does love her.
She disagrees, so he explains that Slade can't express emotions like normal people, and that she needs to learn his "code. He then tell her that Slade probably already knows who's gunning for her, but wants a chance to be around her, and also warns her not to push him because he can't deal with too many emotions.
When they begin traveling again, A biker pulls up alongside them. Rose wakes up to the noise, only to see a vision of the Biker shooting Slade. Slade pulls over to talk, but Rose begins taking them all out. Slade is confused, but Slade realizes she had a vision.
Even though she saves him, Slade is upset, not only because she started the fight, but because she didn't kill them. She claims the sights were off, which Slade doesn't buy.
He then reveals he had a plan; he stopped for them to give them the marked bills he acquired from the hitman earlier, thus putting anyone following them off their trail. However, one last biker leaps out from their hiding place and shoots Slade, forcing him to kill him, proving the sights were fine. Thanks to the car damage, they are forced to take one of the bikers' motorcycle. While riding, Rose smiles, revealing that she is glad to be around her father.
When the two reach Gotham, Rose is next seen engaging Robin after Slade's plan to catch Batman unaware failed. When Robin steals her swords, she resorts to guns, but he easily uses her swords to deflect the shots. Rose then reveals her trump card; while Damian was casing the meeting point, he was hit by a sprinkler; a sprinkler with water laced with drugs to knock him out.
Rose then activates the enhancements on a souped up SUV Slade was driving; rocket to propel the car upwards and catch Robin and explosives in the back of the car to fend off Batman while the two escape. Later, Rose is talking to her boyfriend again as she waits for Batman to meet her on a rooftop across from GCPD headquarters, where she rigged the Bat-Signal to activate.
However, Batman has been there for a while, and has to get Rose's attention. Putting Richard on hold, she explains Deathstroke's terms; help out, and she gives up Robin's location. However, Batman refuses the offer, warns her to leave because Slade is only using her.
Upset about the turn of events, she follows Batman while returning her conversation with Richard. Once they two say their goodbyes, Rose begins going using her energy staff to cut into the truck Batman disappeared into. Before she can finish, the Batmobile appear out of the back, and Batman reveals he changed his mind.
Now traveling with Batman, Rose states that she knew he wouldn't abandon Robin. He states that her mistake was thinking he was less disciplined than Slade. She responds that they need his help to find out who has it in for her, but Batman claims he doesn't need any help, as he probably already knows who it is. When she asks how, he says wants to know who benefits from her death. She assumes it's an enemy of Slade, but he's talking about her and her enemies.
He then calls her a killer and says has no sympathy for her. Rose is skeptical that he doesn't kill anyone, and he confirms that truth; he kills no one, not even his enemies.
She reiterates the deal, but he already knows she can't hold up her end of the deal because she doesn't know where Robin is, and that Slade has already abandoned the spot she thinks they're at. Batman then stops to deal with some thugs and has Rose watch the alley. As he heads inside, he tells her to leave her swords in the car. She then asks him why her dad wants Batman's help if he already knows who gunning for her. He replies that he wants Rose to distract him from something.
Deciding he doesn't want to play Slade's game, he is simply getting on with his night. He then lets Rose drive the Batmobile to his next objective. On the way, she asks if he is worried about Robin. He claims Damian can handles himself, and tells her he cares more about what he'll do to Slade. He then says the Damian is proof people can change.
She asks if he is trying to help her change, recalling Nightwing's attempt to help her. He then starts talking about her Hmong ancestry, and how she denies her heritage to be more like a lunatic. She then gets defensive, but Batman is only stating the obvious. He tells her that both she and Slade shuld be taken down, and when she asks why he and his friends haven't done it already, he says its because the other don't listen to him when he mentions it.
He then asks why she does what she does, and her response is simply because Slade is he dad. Batman says that isn't enough and that she must surrender herself to the path she's walking or it will kill her. She dodges by suggesting she call Slade so he can pinpoint his location, but Batman claims he already dumped the phone he was using. He tells her that Slade left her with him in order to distract everyone so he could get to his real target.
HE also says that he took advantage of the fact that Rose called her boyfriend to make the killer think Slade was in Gotham, thus lulling them into a false sense of security. She claims that Slade probably wants him to get inside her head, but he says that he wants them trying to figure out what they want. She then asks him about the duffel bag he retrieved earlier, and he reveals it is a nuclear device powerful enough to destroy Gotham.
He then tells her to stay put,and calmly heads into a house he was targeting. Ignoring him, she enters through the front doors and takes out the thugs on the first floor using guns and throwing stars. An injured thug tries to rush her, and as she is about to cut him down, Batman stops her and takes down the thug. The two then head to where Damian was being held. As Damian escapes, the three look for Deathstroke, who was actually never there.
Rose realizes that the entire night was setup in order allow him to find the killer. When she asks if Batman knows where Slade is, he says he doesn't. She realizes Batman could find him but won't.
Instead he offers her a safe house, and Rose realizes who actually benefits from her death. Batman tells her he doesn't know who tried to kill her, but he does know who put out the contract. Rose is put into a safe house for the night, where she mulls over the fact that Slade is out to kill her.
Upset, she calls someone about meeting them to talk about Slade. She also calls her an idiot for feeling the need to believe Slade cares. Using his new sub-vocal microphone to talk.
Jericho jokingly proposes they try to kill him, but before they can talk further, Isherwood appears to talk business with Jericho. Rose, remembering him from her childhood, greets him, then leaves to get some food.
She finds a place to get some Kung Pao. While she tries and fails to reach Richard, thinks about when Batman called her a murderer. When she fails to use her chopsticks and spills her food, another customer tries to help her, but they speak Chinese, which confuses her. Rose tells her that she understand she doesn't like her, but she clarifies that she dislikes how she treats Jericho. She also tells her to try getting in touch with her Hmong side.
Later, Rose watches Jericho uses the new Ikon suit he acquired to rescue children from a burning building. Jericho is skeptical that Slade is really after her, but Rose won't budge. Before leaving, she warns Jericho never to underestimate Slade.
Upset at the revelation. Rose goes to the airport and takes a flight to Ho Chi Minh. On the way, she tells the men who have been following her to reveals themselves. They oblige her, and she quickly dispatches them. Once they are down, a group of bikers appear. Rose tells the leader she is not impressed. In response, she tells her she is not impressed either. However, Rose notices that the biker called her Xia.
She explains it means "glory of the sunrise. She tells her that if she's come looking for the "ancient family sword," she hopes she could get a refund on her plane ticket.
Her new relative takes Rose to Minnesota, where she lives with her children. When they get there, she meets some of her young cousins. The mysterious woman then explains that Lillian was her sister and that Xia was her given name, as the name Lillian Worth was a name given to her by the D. While they talk, her cousin Tubnxang nicknamed Tubby arrives and immediately begins hitting on her. They go outside and she asks if he greets all his cousins that way.
A group of armed gangsters ride up and start hitting on her. Tubby and his friends start arguing with the gangsters, and Rose tells them all off for wanting to kill each other. After they give her the breakdown of how the local Hmong differentiate each other, she tells them to leave. When one of them keeps hitting on her, she easily takes him down, dismantles his gun and goes back in the house. Once inside, her younger cousins swarm her, enamored by her fighting skills.
When she pats one of them on the head, Mia tells Rose it is an insult to touch another Hmong's head. She tells Rose that her family is complex, and she replies that it is nothing compared to what her father puts her through. Having decided to stay with her Aunt's family, Rose is seen watching her cousin ChuChu put on a performance outside of her school. Once it is over, Rose congratulates her then takes her into the school.
Before they can get inside, Hosun , Slade's old tech whiz for hire stops Rose. Her cousins immediately insert themselves between the two, but he explains that he came because he fears Slade is after him. He explains how he used to work for Slade, then quit when he found out who he was really working for. He also reveals he testified against him in court, and came looking for her when he was freed from prison. Rose tried to reach out to her father, but he turned her away.
He feared for her safety because he believed himself to be responsible for the deaths of two of his sons. Deathstroke left her in the care of the Titans. During a training exercise, Rose was injured and taken to the hospital, and her precognitive powers emerged for the first time when she had a lengthy vision of Deathstroke's future.
She awakened before she could test her powers further. She left the Titans shortly after and did not see them again until the Technis Imperium conflict when she temporally allied herself with the Titans to save fellow Titan Cyborg. She later took up the role of Lian Harper 's caretaker when Arsenal was on a mission or otherwise unable to be there for her.
Rose settled in to Chicago , in the care of a foster family named Madison. All of the fighters were rendered unconscious by an explosion of halothane gas, and Rose awoke in Deathstroke's lair. He apologized to Rose for abandoning her and said that she was the only family he had left. Deathstroke suggested that she become his apprentice, offering DeFarge as her first kill. Rose accepted and took the name Ravager for herself.
Deathstroke secretly injected Rose with the same serum that gave him his abilities, and it caused her to suffer from psychosis. After working together for a while, Rose hesitated and was unable to kill Deathstroke's son and her half-brother Joseph Jericho Wilson in a battle. Deathstroke doubted Rose's readiness to work with him and planned to disown her. To prove her loyalty, she gouged out an eye to match his missing eye; thus emulating him.
After Rose suffered a defeat at the hands of Batgirl , Deathstroke allowed her to be trained by Nightwing , who had apparently given up being a hero.
Nightwing agreed to train Rose so that he could teach her to lead a better life.
